South River Basketball - Spring Programs
Registration is open for the South River Spring basketball programs.
South River Spring Basketball: We are offering 2 choices for spring basketball this year. AA County League and and AAU League. STARTS MARCH 1st.
AA County League: Boys and Girls 10u, 12u and 14u. NO Tryouts. Practice will be 1 time per week and games to be played in AA county. Games are weeknights and Sunday afternoon. Season runs March thru May. Cost $80 per player. Uniform supplied.
AAU Travel League: South River Shooters , Boys and Girls 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u and 15u. Tryouts are required. Practice 2 nights per week and games on weekends. We will take kids that are playing 1 other spring sport. Tournament play will take place all over. Last year we went to Baltimore, Howard County, PG County, Delaware, Ocean City, VA, and WV. Some tournaments require overnight stays. Season runs March thru July. Cost estimate $800 per player (some of cost to be offset by fundraisers). Cost includes uniform, warm up, bag and tournament play. Tryouts to begin March 1, 2010.
