South River Youth Athletics is a non-profit organization administered by a volunteer board representing the South River Community at large, whose mission is to: promote, encourage, direct and operate athletic programs for the children and youth of the South River area, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The association shall also strive to promote ideals of good citizenship as well as good sportsmanship through its athletic programs and activities, and for the benefit of the community.

  SRYA is teaming with the Edgewater Sports Clips. Starting now through June 1st print out and bring in this money saving coupon on any service you receive at Sports Clips. • February 9th Fundraiser at the Bayside Inn
  

  Take the night off from cooking and enjoy a meal at the Bayside Inn on the Mayo Peninsula at 1246 Central Ave. East. SRYA is hosting a fundraiser at the Bayside Inn on Thursday, February 9th. Please tell all of your friends and neighbors to dine there. SRYA will receive a percentage of the total daily sales made that day. They will feature a special kids menu item...iCarly spaghetti tacos!




• Spring Sports Equipment Swap
  SRYA will host a SPRING sports equipment swap on Sunday, February 12th at the London Towne Hall on Mayo Road. Drop off or pick up new or gently used sporting goods. We will be there from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Equipment Swap

South River Youth Athletics hosts Sporting Equipment Swaps throughout the year. We collect gently used CLEATS, PADS, LACROSSE STICKS, BASEBALL/SOFTBALL GLOVES, SOCCER SHIN GUARDS, ATHLETIC CLOTHING & BALLS (etc.) from the various sports that our children play and put them to good use in our community. This is a great opportunity to donate, swap or receive what your child may need. Many times, our children outgrow equipment before it gets much use at all. This equipment can be used to meet a need of another family in our community. If you have items that you would like to donate or swap please contact Hilary Bunting.
