SRYA Softball is a girls fastpitch softball program for ages 6-19. We offer teams in 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and HSE (High School Eligible). SRYA Softball participates in the NCCGSL (North County Community Girls Softball League).
Registration for Spring Softball will be open January 16th and close on March 3rd, 2012.
Practices will tentatively begin the first week of March. Games begin tentatively second week of April and season wraps up mid June, following playoffs/tournament.
Registration for 10U, 12U, 14U & HSE is $115 and includes socks and shorts (10U and 12U) or pants (14U & HSE)
Players may use your jersey from last year or purchase a new one for $25. Players may also use their visor from last year or purchase a new one for $10.
Deadline for payment is April 1. If you are not paid in full by April 1, there is a $25 late fee.
YOU MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RECEIVE A UNIFORM. NO UNIFORM, NO PLAY.
The Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner will be conducting evaluations as NCCGSL requires age and talent parity.
8U - $85 includes uniform. 8U is designed to introduce the game of softball and teach the fundamentals. In 8U we use an 11" Incrediball for the girls safety. An Incrediball is a soft wound softball with a double knit cover.
